Adoption Hours:
- PETCO in Whitehall, PA:
- Saturdays 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Not all dogs/puppies will always be present.
- Follow us on Facebook at SOAR Adoptables to see who will be there! You can also see more of our adoptable dogs and puppies and chat with fosters should you have questions.
- Individual meet and greets for dogs will be done on a case-by-case basis AFTER adoption application approval.

Winnie (aka Winter)
Winnie is a 4-month-old Spaniel Mix and about 20 pounds. This sweet southern girl is full of personality and definitely has opinions to share! She’s always up for an adventure whether it’s a hike, road trip, or simply exploring the back yard. Winnie loves people, playing with other dogs, and is happiest when she’s on the go. She can even keep herself busy with stuffed animals for hours!
She’s currently working on her manners around cats, basic commands, potty training, and crate training. She is incredibly playful and would thrive with an active family. If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick with endless enthusiasm, plenty of laughs, and lots of love to give, Winnie might just be your perfect match!
Winnie is spayed and microchipped. All other dogs in the home MUST be spayed/neutered.
