Available Dogs & Puppies
Adoption Hours:
- PETCO in Whitehall, PA:
- Saturdays 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Not all dogs/puppies will always be present.
- Follow us on Facebook at SOAR Adoptables to see who will be there! You can also see more of our adoptable dogs and puppies and chat with fosters should you have questions.
- Individual meet and greets for dogs will be done on a case-by-case basis AFTER adoption application approval.

Otto
Otto is an 8-pound Poodle Mix and approximately 1.5 years old. He gets along with cats and would do well with another dog around his size. Any resident dog(s) would also need to be tolerant of his young and playful energy. He walks well on a leash and is a very active little guy with springs for legs. He would do best in a home with a secure and fenced in yard or with a family who plans to walk him often due to his energy level.
He is coming along well with potty training and learning commands, but his new owner will continually need to work with him. He is crate trained with minor fuss and currently wears a belly band to prevent any accidents when he is out and around the house. He may no longer need the band as he grows older and becomes secure in the environment.
Otto is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped. He will require regular grooming given his breed and a fenced-in yard is highly recommended.
Charlotte
Charlotte is an approximately 4-year-old Bichon mix. She is a puppy mill survivor and is learning how to live a life of freedom. She walks well on a leash and would do best in a home with a fenced-in yard. She is cat friendly, loves other dogs, and would prefer a home with a dog companion.
Charlotte is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
